the grape farmer

This is my first blog in English and I hope you can understand, what I want. It is for me pretty difficult to speak and write in a other language, but I can say, you need some little steps to improve and learn the English language. I hope you have not enough to smile!
Well, in the last week I work in Mildura, 450 km in the east from Adelaide, as a patch worker on a farm and plant grape plants. It’s pretty hard, because every day the sun is shining, the temperature are 32 degrees and nowhere shade, but the biggest problem are the flys and our thurst.
I want explain the operation: The first guy is Toni, he is the lazy guy in our group. Toni is 59 years old and smile the whole day. When he almost falls asleep, he takes a shoufel and helps us. You can give up his help. The same time he has nothing to do and sit on the tractor and smile. I can’t see this smiling. The next guys are Martin and me. We drill the holes in the ground. Carlos and Mathias plant the grape in our holes. The last but not least, is Herri he fixed the plant with strings. Every day we changed the work, its so boring.
I can say, I have enough to see and we all don’t really like this job. For me it is not more than a good work experience and I am pretty happy that the job is done - poor mates!

Hallo Thomas,

Thommel,
well, I think your English is not that bad!!!! There are even a few sentences with almost no mistakes! Congratulations!!!!;-)Tonight I'll probably meet Steven P. He has found a job now in Frankfurt & is signing his contract today! I can't believe it, but it's really cool!!
Will auch Urlaub!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, lasst es euch jut gehen! Talk to you soon again!

Hey drill commander,
sorry for my late reply! I was a little bussy with the job search. Yes, yesterday I met your sister in Frankfurt. I start working in Frankfurt on first of November with continental teves (Automotive systems).
Anyway, your english seems to improve pretty well. In a few weeks you wont be a english rookie anymore.
If you dont mind I want to say something about the pictures as well. You all look abselutly like poor mates they dont have any idea what the f... they are doing there. And you are wondering about tha fact my brother could not keep on his job??? If I had such a job I would not have thought about work experience but getting another one.
Take good care Dude, mate or whatever they are used to say in australia

Halloele!
Macht's mal gut!
